We have over forty years of experience working in the architectural metalwork industry and use our expertise to guide our customers through a streamlined and professional service which incorporates the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of high quality structural work.
Our service has been perfected over the years in order to take the complexity out of metalwork for our customers, offering them full and clear support with our consultancy approach which enables us to understand your unique needs.
Design
Arc Metal provides a full design service, incorporating design and build calculations and drawings which are actualised through computer-aided design (CAD).
Our team takes pride in the integrity of our service, meaning we never cut corners and our solutions always meet the latest building regulations; this begins with a site survey, taking full and accurate measurements in preparation for later design stages.
Manufacture
We have in-house manufacturing capabilities to fabricate bespoke structures to exacting measurements and standards. Our made-to-order products utilise a local material supply chain to reduce our environmental impact.
Manufacturing is complete with CNC (computer numerical controlled) capabilities.
Supply Only
Arc Metal has the ability to design and supply manufactured products; our supply only service enables our clients to organise further installation independently.
Installation
If you require installation, Arc’s experienced, dedicated fitting team work in conjunction with architects and structural engineers for correct and safe installation of structural work.
Our team ensures that we fit right first time, for a time- and cost-efficient process.
Maintenance
Arc Metal can further provide a maintenance service to repair worn systems if necessary to keep your products looking and performing to a high standard.
